PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnosis device that can suppress the influence of accidental coincidence and obtain accurate attenuation distribution, by performing scatter line processing in an appropriate detector during transmission imaging. SOLUTION: In a radiation inspection device 1, a plurality of events detected by the detector 4 occur in a predetermined time window, and it is determined whether the total of detection energy of the plurality of events is in a predetermined energy window. Regarding the plurality of events that occur in the time window and whose total of detection energy is determined as being within the energy window, the estimated scattering angle (estimated incidence angle 22) related to an event is estimated, based on the energy of irradiatedγ-rays 22 and the detected energy of this event. Then, based on the detection position of the event, the estimated scattering angle related to this event, and the position of the external irradiation source, the correct initial scattering position of the irradiatedγ-rays is selected from among the detection positions of the plurality of events.
