An extruder for fabricating micro-parts is provided to easily manufacture parts such as a micro-gear shaft by mounting a micro-scale extrusion die on a small-size extruder. An extruder includes a container(160), an actuator(120), and a micro-die. The container receives an extrusion material. The actuator exerts an extrusion load onto the extrusion material. The actuator includes a piezo-electric actuator. The actuator is connected to an actuator controller(130) varying a stroke of a RAM(150) controlling voltage applied to the actuator. The micro-die is provided at an exit of the container. The micro-die is fabricated through a MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology. The MEMS technology includes photolithography, laser micromachining, LIGA(lithographie, galvanoformung, Abformung), and electro discharge micromachining.
