A flotation vessel is configured for recreational use, and includes a water emitting device having a participant activated pump, which, when activated, produces a discharge stream or spray of water, and which is adapted to transport one or more individuals either above or partially submerged in a water body. A number of water actuated targets are positioned in or adjacent to the water body which include either visual and/or aural effects which are activated when struck with the discharge stream or water spray.
