摘要 The tart (T) has a set of peeled and cut fruit e.g. apple, pieces (1) arranged in a pan (2) that receives a layered impregnated paste (3) on a surface. The surface is placed opposite to a set of prepared fruit slices (4). The slices are maintained in the paste in a visible manner, for authorizing transformation to a liquid state for spraying and coating the pieces and fruits in contact, during a cooking phase. The paste is arranged on a rolled and greaseproof paper. An independent claim is also included for a method of preparing a tatin tart.
