IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, JOB PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of achieve smooth job processing while attaining cost reduction, for an image processing system equipped with a plurality of image processing devices.

SOLUTION: A method for each image processing device in image processing system containing a storage device and a plurality of MFPs (Multiple Function Peripheral) comprising steps of: (1) if a user demands job processing, (2) job data are stored in the storage device; (3) if each MFP checks the existence of an unsettled job, (4) a MFP determines whether the job can be processed by own equipment or not; (5) an MFP which determines that the jpb can be processed by the own equipment stores information on the own equipment at the storage device; (6) while the MFP checks information stored by other MFP; (7) if the MFP determines that it is as the optimal MFP for job processing, (11) the MFP acquires the job data; (12) and the MFP performs job processings.
