PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program evaluation program that evaluates the efficiency of power consumption of a program. SOLUTION: The program evaluation program, which causes a computer to evaluate a program to be evaluated, causes the computer to execute a first calculation step of calculating a first parameter whose value represents the magnitude of influence of a target module, which is a module in the program to be evaluated, external to the target module according to an execution log of the program to be evaluated, a second calculation step of calculating a second parameter whose value represents the power consumption of the execution of the target module according to the execution log, and an evaluation step of evaluating the target module according to the first parameter and second parameter and outputting an evaluation result.
