PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head suspension assembly and a disk unit which can be space-saving and made compact, and to provide a method of manufacturing the head suspension assembly. SOLUTION: The head suspension assembly has a bearing part 52, first and second head gimbal assemblies 35a and 35b attached to the bearing part and opposed to each other via a spacer and a supporting frame 62 mounted on the bearing part. The supporting frame has a body 62a having an aperture in which the bearing part is inserted, a frame part 62b extended from the main body and positioned on the same plane as the main body and an attachment part 70 extended from the main body and provided opposite to a part between the first and the second head gimbal assemblies. A voice coil 64 is fixed to the frame part and a connection part 73 of a board unit is attached to the attachment part. Each of the first and the second head gimbal assemblies has a relay flexible printed circuit board having a connection end part connected to the connection part of the board unit.
