PORTABLE APPARATUS FOR DIAGNOSING HINDRANCE

A portable diagnosis apparatus is provided to perform easily and rapidly maintenance by integrating a monitor with a tester in a traffic information CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) system. A portable diagnosis apparatus includes a display module, a connection terminal(130), a measure module(161), a button unit(140), and a controller(150). The display module receives images from one of a photographing unit and an optic link unit, and displays the received images. The connection terminal is used for connecting with the photographing unit. The measure module measures a source voltage from an automatic voltage adjustor and the photographing unit, and displays the measured source voltage. The button unit is used for inputting operations on the photographing unit. The controller controls operations of the display module and the measure module, and transmits control signals corresponding to input signals provided from the button unit to the photographing unit through the connection terminal.
