FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by the following way. Onions are diced and browned in melted putter; spinach is cut and frozen; mutton is diced. Prepared components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with yoghurt, table salt, turmeric, coriander, ginger, red hot pepper, caraway and mustard. Made mixture and bone broth are packed up, tinned and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: tinned food has improved digestibility. |
