Safety check-up facilities of a slab section of a steel box bridge is provided to prevent accidents due to one directional inclination of a bridge slab, and to check safety of the bridge slab. Safety check-up facilities of a slab section of a steel box bridge comprises a check-up fixing rod(10), front/rear rotational supports(20,20a), a bow type spring(30), a left/right rotational rod(40) and a manager terminal. The check-up fixing rod includes a long sliding hole in a lower part, front/rear reference contact terminals composed of a cathode terminal and an anode terminal in a front/rear part of long left/right locking holes respectively, a front/rear distance loosening alarm contact terminal in an inner side and a protruded ridge(17) in an upper end of the rear. The front/rear rotational support supports the check-up fixing rod so as to be shaft-rotated back and forth in a lower surface of a bridge slab, and fixes a protruded short switch having a pushing bar pushed by the protruded ridge in a vertical supporting part corresponding to the protruded ridge. The bow type spring is an elastic body with a side surface of U shape, and fixes a conductive pipe having left/right contact protrusions contacted with the front/rear reference contact terminals. The left/right rotational rod includes a fixing bolt linked by a fixing nut in the center of an insertion groove, and a rotational fixture(44) shaft-fixed so as to be rotated with a shaft bolt left and right. The manager terminal is respectively connected to the front/rear reference contact terminals of the fixing check-up rod, the front/rear distance loosening alarm contact terminal, a distance shortening alarm contact terminal and a protruded short switch of the rear rotational support, and guides a manager to recognize a signal at the time of sensing the signal.
