A mop winding type cleaner is provided to conveniently perform a winding process by installing a winding unit for rotating a driving gear by turning mop mounting bars. A mop winding type cleaner comprises a main body(30), a push stick, and mop mounting bars(60,65). The main body a gear mounting part, and a side cover(40). The gear mounting part is perpendicular to winding mop insertion holes(34,36). The side cover opens and closes the winding mop insertion holes. The gear mounting part includes a driving gear(74) and a driven gear(72), and a time belt(70). The driving gear has a mop mounting bar insertion hole(73) wherein one side of the mop mounting bars is inserted. The driven gear has a mop mounting bar insertion hole(71) wherein one side of the other mop mounting bar is inserted. The time belt couples the driving gear and the driven gear. The side cover has a winding unit for rotating the driving gear by rotating the mop mounting bar(65).
