A mobile communication terminal and an antenna thereof are provided to prevent deterioration of wireless performance of the antenna due to a hand-grip by radiating a signal to a front surface of a main body of the terminal opposite to a hand-grip part. An antenna includes a radiation unit(11) and a feed unit(15). The radiation unit is formed inside a main body(1) of a mobile communication terminal and radiates a signal to an opposite part to a hand-grip part of the main body. The feed unit feeds the signal to the radiation unit. The radiation unit has a first radiation surface(11a) formed in a direction of an upper or lower surface of the main body, a second radiation surface(11b) formed in a direction of a rear surface of the main body, and a third radiation surface(11c) formed in a direction of a front surface of the main body.
