A power line grounding device is provided to stabilize an electric pole construction state by providing a support force for uniformly supporting a lower side of the electric pole buried underground. Concrete connection supports(10,10a) fixedly support a lower end portion of an electric pole from a ground surface, and include an electric pole hole for covering the lower end portion of the electric pole. Left/right end connection members(20,20a) fixedly connect the concrete connection supports, and include a coupling recess for covering corners of the concrete connection supports. Ground bars(30,30c) are conductively connected with a ground line and grounded at the ground surface, and include a screw recess threaded with an outer screw of a fixing member of the concrete connection supports. Semicircular covers(40,40a,40b,40c) prevent rainwater from being introduced into the ground bars, and have one end insertedly fixed to a semicircular recess of the concrete connection supports.
