<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular anti-theft device capable of performing the optimum anti-theft control according to the present location and the time of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The information of the present location of the vehicle is obtained from a navigation device. It is determined whether or not the present location of the vehicle is one's own home based on the information of the present location of the vehicle obtained from the navigation device. When the present location of the vehicle is one's own home, a warning sound outputted from a siren 26 is set to a relatively small amount of sound, and when the present location of the vehicle is not one's own home, the warning sound outputted from the siren 26 is set to a relatively large amount of sound. It is determined whether or not the present time is a time zone of daytime based on the time measured by a timepiece 24. When the present time is the time zone of daytime, LED of a light emission device 27 is set to lighting-off.
