Invention refers to a flexible tube and procedure for production thereof. Flexible tube (1) consists of internal partially vulcanized hose (5) reinforced with textile reinforcement (3) and thereon set is external partially vulcanized hose (2). The middle part of the tube (1) is achieved as ribbed one. where in the ribs there is a wire spring (4). Procedure is carried out in a vacuum apparatus (6) for working out flexible tubes (1) whereby is carried out a partial vulcanization of ready-made hoses (2, 5) by air and by means of a metal cylinder (14) and in a vacuum by means of vacuum tube (12) on a two-sided ready-made tube (10), where between two partially vulcanized hoses, textile armature is being made ready and the wire spring (4) is drawn thereon. Ready-made tube (10) is evacuated by drilling the external partially vulcanized hose, while for the regular shaping in the segment (15), the internal partially vulcanized hose (2,5) is used for blowing up which is a component part of the ready-made product. Ready-made tube (10) is set in the appropriate segment (15) for vulcanization which is previously set in the appropriate steaming chamber (16). Ready-made tube (10) is first of all evacuated and then the steaming chamber (16) is closed. Shaping is done by blowing air into the in such a way positioned ready-made tube in the process of vulcanization by blowing the steam into the steaming chamber (16). Upon vulcanization, and before taking the vulcanized pipe from the steaming chamber (16), the pipe is cooled as to the accurately defined time of cooling.
