PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof pipe material capable of taking measures to fire protection by the pipe material itself and having excellent workability. SOLUTION: This multilayered fireproof pipe material is provided with a tubular fireproof expansion layer consisting of a thermally expansive fireproof resin composition, and a coating layer covering at least one of the inner and outer sides of the fireproof expansion layer. The fireproof expansion layer is formed of a fireproof resin composition containing 1-15 pts.wt. of thermally expansive graphite based on 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride resin, and the coating layer is formed of a polyvinyl chloride resin composition not containing thermally expansive fireproof materials.
