PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-inflammatory and analgesic plaster having excellent skin permeability of felbinac and a good feeling of effects by moderate thermal sensation stimulation, without using a rosin-based resin, crotamiton and 1-menthol acting as a skin sensitizing ingredient or a skin irritating ingredient. SOLUTION: The anti-inflammatory and analgesic plaster is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing the felbinac and formed on one surface of a support. In the anti-inflammatory and analgesic plaster, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises (a) a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, (b) a terpenic resin, (c) a plasticizer, (d) an antioxidant, (e) the felbinac and (f) at least one kind of thermal sensation stimulating ingredient selected from the group consisting of nonylic acid vanillylamide and capsaicin.
