Immediatea acrylate plate with a fastener and working out method belongs to the field of dentistry. The top immediate acrylate plate (1) with suitably located fastener (2) and the bottom immediate acrylate plate (4), as temporary teeth replacement parts or as a component parts of permanent tooth restoration (prostesis) for the upper or low jaw, are achieved of self-binding cool polymerizing transparent acrylate, achieved most favorably in layers having thickness of 2,0 mm. applied to diagnostic model (3) i.e. diagnostic model (6) of upper i.e. low jaw taken with positive anatomical and morphological characteristics of supporting tissues ahead to having them prepared. Herewith, low (1) and top (4) immediate acrylate plates, are achieved with planned extension space (5) of borders of future complete prostheses, obtained by removing the planned quantity of solid gypsum plaster (7) from diagnostic samples (3,6) of top and low jaws.
