<p>A wireless communication apparatus and a transmission method are provided to correctly restore the divided data to original data before division. A radio communication apparatus includes buffer memories(11,21) and control units(12,22). The control units refer to re-transmission identification information included in a header of received RLC(Radio Link Control) sub PDU(Protocol Data Unit) data, store the RLC sub PDU data whose re-transmission identification information is the same as a predetermined value, in the buffer memories, and assemble RLC PDU data from the RLC sub PDU data having the same re-transmission identification information.</p> |
