PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas barrier laminated substrate characterized in that a gas barrier layer is not unevenly distributed only in the vicinity of the surface of the gas barrier laminated substrate without using a plastic base material, especially excellent in gas barrier properties and heat resistance, and especially, can be used in an organic EL element. SOLUTION: The gas barrier laminated substrate is composed of a first photocurable resin layer 11, a first inorganic compound layer 12 and a second photocurable resin layer 13. The inorganic compound layer is formed by a vacuum vapor deposition method and the photocurable resin layers are formed by a coating method and have a thickness of 10-500μm.
