PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of coloring of white fading part that occurs during exposure correction (desensitization processing) after white balance correction of an inputted digital image. SOLUTION: A white balance correcting part 220 multiplies RAW data of R, G and B by appropriate gain values Rg, Gg and Bg to be subjected to white balance correction. A white fading pixel detecting part 230 of a pixel value correcting part 230 detects a white fading pixel (pixel exceeding a maximum output value) unless an exposure correcting part 240 performs correction (desensitization processing) to under exposure in the white balance-corrected R, G and B data, and the pixel value correcting part 230 corrects a pixel value of a correction target pixel so as to be a value that is equal to or more than the pixel value.
