PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the adhesion of urine or diarrheal stool easily spattering in a wide range to the inner surface of a toilet bowl. SOLUTION: Water is sprayed from a water spray nozzle 9 disposed on a toilet bowl body on the inner surface of the toilet bowl before receiving excreta to form a water film on the inner surface of the toilet bowl for suppressing the adhesion of dirt to the inner surface of the toilet bowl. The water spray nozzle 9 comprises a water supply body 35 formed at the center of an annular water jetting part 34 and a water diffusion body 36 for radially diffusing the water jetted from the water jetting part 34. The water diffusion body 36 is circular, and its upper wall opposed to the water jetting part 34 is set in a concave shape. Though the supply amount of water is determined by the opening of the water jetting part 34, the opening can be made large since the water jetting part 34 is positioned at the center of the water supply body 35.
