PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for acquiring the surface intensified Raman spectrum of each of components separated by a liquid chromatograph on-line with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The surface intensified Raman active component of conductor ultrafine particles is added to a mobile phase solvent containing the component separated by the liquid chromatograph, and the mobile phase solvent is held in adsorbing piping having a predetermined length for 10 min above after addition to adsorb a separated component by the surface intensified Raman active component. The mobile phase solvent is introduced into the laser beam transmission part connected to the outflow port of the mobile phase solvent of the adsorbing piping and transmitted while irradiated with the laser beam to acquire the surface intensified Raman spectrum of the separated component.
