Disclosed are polypeptides and nucleic acids encoding these and to their use for the diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of liver disorders and neoplastic disorders, especially cancer of the liver and other epithelial tissues, benign liver neoplasms such as adenoma and other proliferative liver disorders such as focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) and cirrhosis. Also disclosed are methods of diagnosing and treating these disorders.
