<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphone device capable of accurately measuring the acoustic characteristics of an external ear canal while being put on the ear as it is, and to provide a sound image correction method capable of compensating influence by an external ear canal closing effect from the sound image provided for a listener by utilizing the earphone apparatus and dissolving the lack of the sense of localization outside a head. <P>SOLUTION: In the earphone device put on a part of the auricle of the listener for outputting the sound image from a moving coil type sound source provided inside a case body toward the direction of the eardrum of the listener, the sound source is defined as a first sound source 1, and a second sound source 3 is provided inside the case body 2 separately from the sound source 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
