A generator of the electromagnetic radiation for affecting the biological objects comprises the semiconductor generating element, Gann's diode installed between the broad walls of the segment of rectangular wave-guide of the nominal section and supplied from the power supply through the low-pass filter. The latter locates in the broad wall of the segment of rectangular wave-guide. To one end of the wave-guide of the nominal section, the additional wave-guide line of the decreased section containing the ferrite insert and the ballasting load is connected. The size of the broad wall of the wave-guide line of the decreased section does not exceedand is no less thanof the minimal wavelength of the generated oscillation wherein,– the relative dielectric capacity and magnetic conductivity, respectively, of the material of the ferrite insert. The parameters of Gann's diode meet the following requirement: nL = (3.3... 4.0)10cm, where n– concentration of charge carriers in the material of the diode (cm), L is a distance between the contacts (cm). |
