摘要 An LCD panel and an LCD comprising the same are provided to trap ions in a liquid crystal layer by forming a thin alignment film on a non-opening area, thereby lowering the concentration of the ions in the liquid crystal layer and solving the problem of afterimage. An LCD panel is composed of an opening area and a non-opening area. The LCD panel comprises a thin film transistor substrate(100), a color filter substrate(300), and a liquid crystal layer injected between the thin film transistor substrate and the color filter substrate. The thin film transistor substrate includes a plurality of unit pixels, a first alignment film(210), and a second alignment film(220). The color filter substrate includes a black matrix(310), a plurality of color filters(320), a common electrode(340), and a third alignment film(430). The first alignment film is formed on the opening area, and the second alignment film is formed on the non-opening area. The second alignment film is thinner than the first alignment film.
