PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device with a sensor, whose assembling processes are simplified and whose sealing performance is prevented from lowering. SOLUTION: The sealing device 21 with the sensor comprises a rotary side sealing member 22 having a small diameter cylindrical portion 22a, a large diameter cylindrical portion 22b having an outer diameter size relatively larger than the small diameter cylindrical portion 22a, and a magnetized body 27 as a detected portion held on the outer diameter face of the small diameter cylindrical portion 22a, and fixed to a wheel side raceway member 12 as a rotary member, a fixed side sealing member 23 having the sensor 28 as a detecting portion molded on a resin member 25 at a position of facing the magnetized body 27, and fixed to a vehicle body side raceway member 13 as a fixed member, and an elastic seal 26 as a sealing member for sealing the axial end face of a rolling bearing. The outer diameter size of the large diameter cylindrical portion 22b is larger than the outer diameter size of the magnetized body 27 held on the small diameter cylindrical portion 22a.
