PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract interaction among human beings by not sensing the place where persons exist, but sensing relative position information of sensor terminals. SOLUTION: Sensor signals whose directivity is strong and sensor signals whose directivity is weak are acquired from sensor terminals TRs which are carried by persons. First, relative position information is acquired using sensors TRIRs whose directivity is strong such as infrared ray sensors, and an initial group is formed at an application server AS. Whether those terminals TRs belong to the same group or not is judged by extracting the amount of features whose directivity is weak and by which surrounding environmental information can be sensed, such as sound, from among the terminals TRs belonging the initial group by individual feature extraction ASIF, and by obtaining correlation with terminals TRs which do not belong to the group.
