PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect an evaluation result for a website on a search result for the website, irrelevantly to an access count etc. SOLUTION: A search server 130 has: a search engine 131 which searches websites on a network by using a search keyword when the search keyword is transmitted from a user terminal; an evaluation information registration means 132 which, when evaluation information indicating a result of evaluation made by a user regarding a website searched for by the search engine 131 is transmitted from the user terminal, associates the evaluation information with a URL of the website and the search keyword, and register them; and a disclosure means 134 which, when a website is searched by the search engine 131, merges its search result with evaluation information registered and associated with the URL of the website and the search keyword, and transmits the resultant to the user terminal.
