PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonspecific adsorption prevention agent and a probe-bound particle, having an easy manufacturing method and sufficient noise reduction effects, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the nonspecific adsorption preventing agent is to make tosylation compounds of (A) polyoxyethylene monomethyl ether react with polyamine, having 3 to 12 (B) amino groups and imino groups or either of the groups.
