<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger for a fuel cell capable of surely cleaning residue flux adhered to, especially, a joint part of a tube and a seat plate, and preventing erosion of a tube. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises an assembly process mounting a seat plate on a laminated layer alternately laminating a tube and a corrugated fin to assemble a core part 19, a powder flux spraying process spraying powder flux on the core part 19, a brazing process putting the core part 19 under heat treatment to braze it after the power flux spraying process, and a cleaning process cleaning at least the joint part of the tube and the seat plate with cleaning liquid 32 and removing residue flux after the brazing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
