<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-cycle internal combustion engine and a vehicle provided with the four-cycle internal combustion, which reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) and further improve fuel economy without complicating a structure of a cylinder head part when a plurality of cylinders are included. <P>SOLUTION: An engine 100 includes cylinder side passage parts 151-154 where burned gas passes.
