A gas-container detachable device for a portable gas range is provided to prevent contamination due to food cooked in a burner part by operating a gas cock of a gas container using a cock pressing rod moving horizontally in a regulator, and to reduce malfunction and afford easy detachable connection and manipulation by a simple construction using an adjusting knob. A gas-container detachable device for a portable gas range functions to connect a gas container to a regulator(4) which is provided in a housing(3) of the gas range and is provided with a flow controller(7) which controls the supply amount of gas to a burner part. The gas-container detachable device includes a cock pressing rod(11), a key protrusion(12), and a key groove(13). An adjusting knob(5) is detachably fitted over one end of the cock pressing rod, which is exposed to the outside of the regulator, a gas groove(111) is formed in the opposite end of the cock pressing rod, and a middle portion of the cock pressing rod passes through the flow controller. The cock pressing rod moves horizontally to operate the gas cock. The key protrusion is provided on an end of the flow controller, which faces the adjusting knob. The key groove is provided in the adjusting knob to face the regulator, so that the key protrusion is detachably fitted into the key groove.
