A multi-reader hopping check system is provided to analyze a plurality of reader signals at the same time to detect a channel having interference correctly and control a channel hopping operation of a reader to improve the recognition distance, receiving sensitivity and recognition rate of an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) signal. A multi-reader hopping check system(100) includes a reader signal detector(120) and a reader controller(140). The reader signal detector includes at least one first group and at least one second group. The first group includes a plurality of antennas for receiving signals from a plurality of RFID readers(200) and a switch for switching signal paths of the antennas to a single path and sequentially transmitting the signals. The second group includes a splitter for switching the signals transmitted from the switch to a single path to transmit the signals sequentially and a signal detector for detecting power levels of the signals transmitted from the splitter to generate detection signals. The reader controller is connected to the reader signal detector, checks whether there are interference signals by RFID channels according to the detection signals and transmits a frequency hopping control signal to the readers.
