An IC chip is provided to enable a client to receive various kinds of incentives, such as increase of a credit limit, by using goods to be paid with a credit card as a guarantee tool when the client uses the credit card. A client card(130) is linked with guarantee tool determination information, which is linked with card information, for at least one goods to be paid with a credit card. The guarantee tool determination information is stored in a network server(100) or storage medium, or an IC chip of the client card. The client card performs basic credit card transaction with a member shop card terminal(125). The member shop card terminal determines the goods as a guarantee tool by extracting the guarantee tool determination information from the IC chip and transmitting the extracted information to the network server when the guarantee tool determination information is stored in the IC chip of the client card. |
