<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyphenol composition, in the case of applying to food and drink and dental health supplies, reducing bitter taste, astringent taste and harsh taste, and enabling obtaining a product free from bitter taste and flavor peculiar to peptide, obtaining a product even as an aqueous solution free from producing an insoluble substance, and obtaining a liquid product which retains transparency even in long period preservation, and retaining the original physiological function of polyphenol, and improved in the peculiar bitter taste, astringent taste and harsh taste, and to provide food and drink and dental health supplies each containing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: This polyphenol composition is obtained by preparing a mixed solution of polyphenol, and highly branched cyclic dextrin and collagen peptide, or its dry powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
