PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that referring to an image being related to and different from the image during reproduction of some image cannot be performed, in edition in conventional recording and reproducing device. SOLUTION: In an optical disk in which a data region for control and a video audio data region are formed individually, a general purpose region exists in the data region for control. Link information is recorded in this general purpose region, and information of an original link and information of a place to be linked are reproduced simultaneously by reproducing this link information. Link information 30 is constituted of time information 31 of link generation place, play list number 32 of place to be linked, and time information of place to be linked. The time information 31 of the link generation place is data for specifying a reproduction position at which relation for video audio data of place to be linked in video audio data of link of original place is generated.
