<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvement work of network quality efficient. <P>SOLUTION: An optimization terminal 100, connected to a mobile communication network, generates a neighboring cell list of a wireless base station 103 specified to be added and a wireless base station 104 neighboring to the wireless base station 103, based on the location relation between the specified wireless base station 103 and the neighboring wireless base station 104 and statistical information (the number of handover times, etc.), and sends the generated neighboring cell list(s) to a maintenance server 101. The maintenance server 101 uses the neighboring cell list(s), received from the optimization terminal 100, to perform setting change of the neighboring cell list(s) of the wireless base stations 103 and 104. After performing setting change of the neighboring cell list(s), the operation of the wireless base station 103 designated to be added is started and, as necessary, the running test is made using a measuring vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
