PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove foreign matter adhering to an inner surface of a discharge passage of a valve seat member. SOLUTION: A valve casing is formed of a main body 1 and a cover 2. An inlet 5, a valve chamber 4, and an outlet 7 are formed on the valve casing. The valve seat member 9 is provided on a lower part of the valve chamber 4. The discharge passage 8 communicating the valve chamber 4 with the outlet 7 side is formed on the valve seat member 9. A float 11 seated on and separated from the valve seat member 9 to open and close the discharge passage 8 is arranged in the valve chamber 4 as a valve member. An operation member 10 is arranged in the discharge passage 8. A bypass passage 3 is formed between the main body 1 and the valve seat member 9 so that the valve chamber 4 communicates with the outlet 7 side. A bimetal 14 as a temperature sensitive motion member is connected to the valve seat member 9. The valve seat member 9 is advanced to close the bypass passage 3 at a time of high temperature and retreated to open the bypass passage 3 at a time of low temperature by deformation of the bimetal 14, and the foreign matter adhering on an inner surface of the discharge passage 8 of the valve seat member 9 is removed by the operation member 10.
