PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two shaft simultaneous clamping device capable of setting an interval between two shafts freely without causing improper clamping due to insufficient torque when clamping them simultaneously and handling two shafts in a stable and well-balanced manner in operating this device. SOLUTION: When driving force is transmitted to a first output shaft 12 and a second output shaft 16 from a driving shaft 6 through a first idle gear 8, a second idle gear 9, a first output gear 11, and a second output gear 15, gear ratios to the first output gear 11 and the second output gear 15 are made different, and timings for completing clamping of the first output shaft 12 and the second output shaft 16 are staggered. An adjusting gear 20 with housing and an adjusting gear 21 with housing are arranged at tips of a first clamping unit 3 and a second clamping unit 4 to mesh them, to make a fixed gear 22 meshe with either 21 of the adjusting gears to fix the distance between two shafts.
