<p>The invention relates to a method for preserving wood. The invention also relates to a wood product. The invention further relates to an apparatus fo r performing the method according to the invention. The preservation process according to the invention has a relatively short process time, wherein a g ood preservation is realized while the mechanical strength of the wood is la rgely retained. Also, the amount of waste wood material is greatly reduced b y using the method according to the invention.</p> |
