PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice bag which can be easily carried by easily drawing out a handle from the rice bag after a customer buys the rice bag. SOLUTION: A drawable handle 11 is provided on an upper side part 1 in the rice bag. The handle 11 is stored in a storing bag part 14 while an intermediate part A of a plastic nonwoven strap cloth 7 is drawable, and both sides of the handle are heat-bonded to a surface sheet body 5 and a back sheet body 6.
