<p>A lemon segment press squeezes juice into a glass. A clamp retained on the edge of a glass consists of two semi-circular plastics parts (1,2) connected to a hinge (3). Each part has radial ribs (4) alternating with grooves (5). Around the centre part is a circular grooved rim (6) on the outside enclosed by rim strips (7) which are each of increased length forming a lip (8). The arm (9) includes a rim (10) to form a slot (11) which engages the rim (R) of a beaker or glass. When the semicircular parts (1,2) are squeezed together, the juice will drip into the glass.</p> |
