PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lighting structure capable of lighting occupant's feet in a cabin without turning on a lighting system. SOLUTION: An upper opening 26 is provided at a vehicle front side of an instrument upper panel 20 in the cabin, and a lower opening 50 is provided at a vehicle front side of an instrument lower panel 21. A space part 52 for connecting the upper opening 26 to the lower opening 50 is formed between the instrument upper panel 20 and the instrument lower panel 21. A light transmitting panel 48 comprising resin or the like is mounted to the upper opening 26. Thereby, the outside light intruded from a windshield glass 18 passes through the upper opening 26 and the lower opening 50 and is led to a lower part of the instrument lower panel 21.
