<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel controller for detecting the state of an analog resistive touch panel without arranging any electrode layer on the operation face of the analog resistive touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel controller is provided with a depression coordinate detection part 9 for, when the analog resistive touch panel 1 is depressed, and an X coordinate resistance board 2 is brought into contact with a Y coordinate resistance board 3, detecting X coordinates and Y coordinates showing the contact places of the X coordinate resistance board 2 and the Y coordinate resistance board 3 and a capacitance detection part 10 for detecting a capacitance by using the X coordinate resistance board 2 as an electrostatic sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
