A vertebra fixing device is provided to be easily used by a user when being inserted into the affected part of a patient, and to insert a vertebral rod only with a minimum invasive operation. A vertebra fixing device includes a vertebral pedicle screw nail(300), a vertebral rod(500), a rod guide portion(100), a protection member(150), a coupling fastening portion(350) and a wrench portion. The vertebral pedicle screw nail is inserted into the vertebral pedicle. The vertebral rod fixes the vertebral pedicle screw nail. The rod guide portion is coupled to the vertebral pedicle screw nail and guides the vertebral rod. The protection member has the shape of a pipe, and receives the rod guide portion to prevent damage at the time of a surgical operation. The wrench portion is inserted into the rod guide portion to rotate the vertebral pedicle screw nail.
