A swing hinge device for a mobile phone is provided to rotate a rotational body as suppressing generation of friction during rotation, thereby minimizing noise and generation of wear of the rotational body. A lower rotational body(30) is inserted with an upper rotational body(20), so that the upper rotational body is rotated and goes up and down thereon. A fixed shaft(40) combines the upper rotational body with the lower rotational body. An elastic body(50) is disposed between the fixed shaft and the upper rotational body. The fixed shaft is combined with the upper rotational body in separated type, while being fixed to the lower rotational body.
