The under garment (30) is for wear by person provided with a colostomy bag (50), which is defined by a piece of fabric (51) on the outside of the garment and secured by sewing, as shown by a sewn seam (52). The fabric piece has an under edge (53), an upper edge (54), an outer edge (55) and an inner edge (56). The sewn seam has a mainly U-shaped contour and stretches out along the outer edge, along the under edge and along a lowermost part of the inner edge. An uppermost part of the inner edge of the fabric piece is not firmly sewn to the garment, and also the upper edge of the fabric piece is not sewn to the garment. This means that the fabric piece on its upper edge has a mainly triangular flap (57) limited by the upper edge, the uppermost part of the inner edges and a diagonal line which joins the free upper outer ends of the sewn seam. This flap is provided with a fixture component (58), e.g. a press button a Velcro stripor similar, with which the flap can be firmly attached to the garment. The form and dimensions, together with the positioning of the piece fabric on the garment are such that the colostomy bag tolerably accurately fits into the storage compartment where it is supported.
