The press has vertically movable hammer on which an upper part of a mold is fixed and lower part on which a mold is fixed. The upper part of the mold is carried by an adjusting device (2) in a plane. The adjusting device includes two parallel plates i.e. upper plate (210) and lower plate (200), where one of the plates moves along two directions perpendicular with respect to each other in response to a control unit i.e. end fittings (22, 23), from a surface of the adjusting device. Trimming heads are carried by the adjusting device in the plane.
